These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of courseadkit.com and The Course Ad Kit. By purchasing and using the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What The Course Ad Kit Is

A digital product for online course creators that includes an AI Ad Copy Generator, Ad ROI Calculator, Canva ad templates, campaign strategy guides, and email swipe files. Sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

2. Your Account

An account is created automatically when you purchase. You log in via passwordless magic link (a 6-digit code emailed to you). You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and keeping your login codes private. Each purchase grants one individual account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business.

You may:

Use the tools, templates, guides, and swipe files for your own courses and ad campaigns
Customize the templates and generated content for your own use
Use the AI-generated ad copy in your advertising

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share the materials with others
Share your account login or grant access to others
Use the materials to create a competing product
Upload the materials to file-sharing or torrent sites

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI Ad Copy Generator creates a custom prompt from your answers. You paste that prompt into your own AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate ad copy. Please understand:

We do not control the AI output. Results depend on the AI service you use and may vary.
You are responsible for your ad content. Review all generated copy for accuracy and compliance with Meta's advertising policies, FTC guidelines, and applicable regulations before publishing.
We make no guarantees about ad performance. We provide tools and frameworks, not guaranteed results.
AI outputs may contain errors. Always review and edit before publishing.

5. Refund Policy

The Course Ad Kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not satisfied? Contact support@courseadkit.com within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment processor. Upon refund, your account access will be revoked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: violate any law; create misleading or fraudulent advertising; promote illegal products or activities; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or scrape or reverse engineer any part of the application.

7. Payment & Pricing

Payments are processed by ThriveCart. We do not collect or store payment information. Pricing may change, but existing customers are not affected.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, redistribute materials, or engage in abusive behavior. No refund is provided for termination due to Terms violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Course Ad Kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for the performance of your ads or actions taken by third-party services (Meta, AI providers, payment processors).

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless The Course Ad Kit and its creator from any claims arising from your use of the service, your ad content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
